RecommendedMy wife and I really enjoyed our time at Eaves San Dimas Canyon. The property was always well maintained, the maintenance team was always prompt with service requests and the office staff helped resolve any issues that came up. I would definitely recommend giving this community a try if you are looking for a peaceful, welcoming and dog friendly place to call home! Special thanks to Virgina for making the move-out process so easy and the maintenance team for helping me clear out my apartment so quickly!

Eaves San Dimas is a pleasant quiet place to live. The staff is great and the maintenance crew attended to issues promptly
The staff at Eaves San Dimas Canyon have been wonderful. I moved into the apartment complex a little over a year ago, Virginia has been friendly and attentive from day one. She has made me feel welcomed and relaxed whenever I have a question or an issue. I would definitely recommend staying here.
We visited this complex recently and it was very quiet on a Saturday. The manager, Virginia, was super helpful and easy to get a long with. There’s 3 pools and a toddler playground. The pricing is very reasonable as well.
Overall, the community itself is very calm, kid friendly and pet friendly. Staff is very friendly. Gotta give props to maintenance worker Matthew. He’s always been so nice and understanding whenever he’s come out for a service call. I think the apartments are the most affordable in San Dimas. Plus being so close to a lot of things makes it feel like a small town but not isolated. Definitely recommend
My family and I love living here at Eaves San Dimas Canyon! All of our neighbors are so nice and friendly, every time we leave our house someone says hello to us and gives us a smile. The apartments are also pet friendly which is great for our two dogs. The office staff is also very accommodating. Virginia is always extremely helpful and kind, even when my son runs into the office asking to get treats while we walk our dogs.
