Outdated. The windows are still from the 70s and let in bugs and water if it rains and definitely doesn't keep any of your cold air made from your wall air conditioner inside when its hot or keep in warm air when its cold. Also you can't use any of the 3 pools here because they are full of urine. There aren't any bathrooms at any of them so unless you want to travel back home all wet every time you need to use the restroom...im sure no one actually does. How is everyones trash bill $100? Do not rent an apartment here. It is almost impossible to get ahold of a person on the phone. They are predatory and take advantage of people with no remorse.

I lived at this location for 13 years. Not only did they did not update floors and paint they penalized you of you had maintenance needs. The maintenance team is awful. When I finally got new counters they raised my rent. If you are Short term it's fine but the utilities cost and rent increases are awful. They also have section 8 with people paying full price. The children run around unattended and have set fires and broke glass and the jacuzzi area. $90 for trash is ridiculous considering people dump all the time. The offic... read more
