They treated us worse than animals when we lived there. The apartments are not well maintained and the staff were always rude and hot tempered probably because we are immigrants. Matt the maintenance head does know his job. We had no choice than to move on.
I moved here a few months ago. Best decision we could ever make. We have lived in other avalon communities. I cannot begin to tell how wonderful the staff as been to us. The managers (office and maintenance) are so helpful. I have only good things to say. They really treat you better than family. God Bless them all.
