The maintenance it’s very good. Jojo is the maintenance man that always come to my house when I have a complaint he does a very good job. And I would definitely recommend this community

The people make the difference. I recently had a maintenance issue, Joel Tungol not only quickly corrected the issue but gave me tips so it will never happen again. Nice Community to live in.
Lived here for almost two years now. The nicest staff and great groundskeepers. Super quiet neighborhood and across the street from a great taqueria nested inside a top-notch strip mall. Close to parks and the ocean. Really grateful that I will be spending a third year here :)
