I have lived in many apartment communities, but Eaves in Mountain View on Middlefield Road has also been my “home” for several years. Recently, there was a very disruptive resident living amongst us. The management Marilou and her group handles the situation expediently, judiciously, and respectfully. I can always count on Marilou, Remy, and their group. In addition, Eaves has the best maintenance team that handles numerous requests promptly, reliably, and thoroughly with a smile.
I was shocked to learn that Avalon is still leasing units near Building P, and I feel a moral duty to warn others about the severe and ongoing noise problem in that area. One resident in Building P has set up a concert-grade speaker on his balcony, aimed outward. To give a few examples: on October 5, he started blasting loud TV audio as early as 6 AM and kept it going for most of the day.
