Visited this complex and was shocked. In 2025, some units here still don’t even have a dishwasher. The leasing team tried to say “no-gate communities are better,” but there’s no surveillance at all—confirmed by other reviews—which means you could easily get burglarized. For how expensive it is, the place feels outdated, unsafe, and not worth the price.
