So so...for the money you can do better First we loved living in La Mesa, it's a great area. The apartments however we did not love. Our upstairs neighbors were awful and you could hear everything. We complained a few times to the management but they never did much about it. There were many nights when I didn't get any sleep thanks to my loud neighbors. It also would have been nice to have been informed prior to move in that our apartment faced the trolly tracks...we were from out of town and had only been shown the side whe... read more
