It’s ridiculous how long you have to sit here and wait! It’s been an hour in the waiting room. Don’t book so many appointments at the same time!! This is just outrageous. My time is valuable too

Paid $1,500 upfront with office stating procedures wasnt covered, called the insurance after the fact finding out it IS but claims wasnt submitted. Dental billing rep was dismissive and rude stating they are busy will take 2 weeks or more to send claims. Monica the manager returned my call and was extremely nice and sent claims in 2seconds during the conversation. Office really needs to verify insurances/procedure codes for each patient because coverage changes daily. Hopefully I receive my refund sooner then later.

I had an appointment today to get a flipper for my front tooth that I have been waiting a week for. I get a call this morning that the dentist isn't in today and I need to be rescheduled. I said a dentist doesn't need to be present for my flipper but apparently, when the dentist is out, the dental staff is out with the exception of the front desk. I just started using their services in the middle of last year. I must say that I am truly impressed with the service they provide. Normally I am a bit of a white knuckler when it comes to anything dental. Have to confess that is now a thing of the past. Last year I had a deep cleaning done, and normally they are more than a little uncomfortable experience. Not this time, it was more comfortable than most normal cleanings I have had in the past. Called in June after breaking a tooth. Have primary and secondary dental insurance.gave them all the information they wanted. Went to appointment, x-rayed teeth and sat there. Was told they would take care of tooth that day when I made appointment. Dentist looked at tooth, said I had a couple more that needed pulled and said I’d have to come back. I have been to this office 3 times in the past 5 years for TMJ botox. The 1st 2 times I didn't have any problem at all. They have a new Dr. now that comes from Sterling Heights for the botox and she messed up my smile and the pain returned from the TMJ this time after 6 weeks. She inserted the botox too far forward into my cheek area and it affected the smile muscle (Risorius) and I can't lift the sides of my mouth to smile at all. Overall pretty good service, only problem is they seem to be very pushy with getting stuff done. I admire their commitment to get work done but there is a line between encouraging to get stuff done and downright pushy, give people time to decide what to do. Also apparently they recently dropped my insurance and other people's insurance as well with little notice even though on the website it shows my insurance will cover it, either the website needs to be updated ASAP or someone within the staff is lying. It is all about Money, I was pressured into getting a crown that i did not need, They recommend a lot of work to be done that was expensive. I decided to get another practice and it was a different ball game, it was only cleaning that was needed, i was told they have two types of cleaning, the pressure cleaning was to remove all the tatters, so i had to come in the other time to be cleaned after the initial cleaning within a period of two weeks. They there to make money off people. Not going back ever.
