George was really helpfull in clarifying doubts regarding lease transfer. Process was smooth and easy.
Leasing here was an absolute nightmare. My roommate and I had planned to sign a lease, but after touring the complex, we noticed multiple issues that were not disclosed on the website + it was extremely difficult to call the leasing office about any concerns. Given the poor communication, we decided to go with a different apartment that better suited our needs. One of the worst places to stay. The rooms are extremely small for the price they charge, and the living conditions are far from comfortable. The staff is unprofessional and lacks basic courtesy toward tenants who have signed long-term leases. Maintenance requests are either ignored or delayed unnecessarily.
