Disappointing experience with this community. Management handled a noise complaint unfairly and seemed more interested in blaming tenants than properly investigating the actual cause. We were accused of noise during a time we were barely even home, and no serious effort was made at first to consider whether the issue might be the flooring or the building itself. Went to tour this apartment complex 10 minutes ago. The outside steps were filthy. I should have left then. Upon entering, the appliances are outdated and white. I only got to the patio door before I noticed a heaping of mice droppings inside of the unit. I turned around and walked out. Was only in there for about 45 seconds! Didn’t walk more than a few steps in the living room area.
Lived here 14 years and now was diagnosed with a serious illness which is taking all my funds and now they are ready to kick me to the curve,only have a few months on the lease and they won’t work with me so I can stay until lease expiration,they have no compassion for certain situations that’s out of my control.I would love to stay but it doesn’t look like it will happen.
I have been living at Eaves Fairfax City for almost two years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Whenever I’ve had any issues, the leasing office has handled them promptly and efficiently. Mr. George, in particular, has been incredibly helpful throughout—he’s approachable, professional, and resolves every issue immediately. I have just moved in today here with my friend and George was really helpful throughout the entire process. The apartment itself is really beautiful and i really liked the smart door lock they have installed, you can do everything thru its app. Thank you so much George
