The leasing and maintenance staff are friendly, but their billing dept WILL steal money from your security deposit after moving out, even if you thoroughly clean your apartment.
I've been living at Avalon for over 6 months now and can confidently say its the best apartment community I have had yet. The team including maintenance is extremely responsive and nice. The property is going through upgrades and I appreciate the communication with residents. The office also makes an effort to have community events which I find cute and wholesome. Our residency at Eaves has been a pleasant experience. The team responds promptly to inquiries, and the community is peaceful and well-maintained. The overall ambiance is calm and inviting.
eaves Columbia Town Center is a great place to live in. It's quiet and well kept. It is lined with trees and a well kept lawn, give ing it a welcoming atmosphere. It has a gym and a swimming pool that complement its overall pleasantness. The lease office team and the maintenance team are very effective in providing assistance whenever a need arises. In addition, it is located close to the Mall and schools for the kids. I greatly recommend it.
Everything was free. I liked that I could look around slowly and carefully to my heart's content thanks to the system that allowed me to look around on my own without a guide.
