Eaves Cerritos seems like a decent place to live… till you live there. I have lived here for about 8 months and my experience sucks. Management is never available and will only communicate with you if you schedule time in advance. There are not outlets in hallways, they do not have ac in the apartment except for the little wall unit in the living room. One of the worst experiences. I would not recommend renting here. The laundry rooms are a mess, the laundry machines are constantly broken, the gyms are dirty and there is no regard for community rules. They charge so many fees yet can't manage to keep the underground and above ground parking garage gates working, they're always broken. My car was broken into at their underground garage and they do not do anything security wise. Stay away if you can.
Keep looking if you can! Had to move quickly for a job and have been nothing but disappointed and disgusted with this complex. Constantly feeling unsafe due to homelessness, management lets homeless sleep and hang out on front steps and they threaten the residents. Not a smoke free complex and neighbors are inconsiderate about where and what they smoke and bleeds into other’s apartments management does not care about concerns and will be dismissive. Avoid this place! If I could give it a zero I would! The first two years were good but after they changed management team and it went downhill. This place has a roach infestation because they don’t keep up with the grounds. We were the ones having to deal with getting rid of those roaches (since they only had 1 person come out every month that did nothing). I’m traumatized.
