Be careful, this place tried to charge my friend a "Reservation Fee" even though they never signed a lease or paid any deposit. The fee was hidden in the fine print of the application and came up only after my friend backed out within a day. That’s not how a fair rental process should work. Always ask upfront about any fees before you apply. This one left a really bad impression.
Beware of hidden “Reservation Fee” charges. I was approved, but decided not to move forward. I emailed them within 24 hours of approval, before signing any lease or paying any deposit. I received a notice demanding a "Reservation Fee". I never signed anything agreeing to such a charge. I did not pay a holding deposit or security deposit, so there's no legitimate reason to bill me. I have wonderful experience living in this community. The property is clean, well maintained, and feel safe. Amenities are great. Overall a great place to call home.
