Have been living here for a year. I'm regretting having bought a home in this neighborhood. Make sure to do your research on the Property Management Company and how they relate to the HOA. They do things without asking for the residents' input, close facilities that you're paying for, and don't offer alternative/solutions. Look elsewhere!
