Front desk lady refused to pay me back my deposit $150. When they ask you to pay for deposit because they are not sure if your insurance cover, Do Not Pay them. It is because they will not pay you back money, even you got notice from your insurance that they got payment. I lost my money $150. And my insurance paid them $120. They got double.
Dr Tse delivered all my 4 kids ,I stuck with her for 22 years , and i am happy i did. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Her many years of experience make her a confident Dr and i 100% trust her decisions and follow her guidance. I never wait more than 15 minutes to see her, and i never feel rushed. Going through labor & delivery with her 4 times, i always felt safe. I knew with Dr Tse everything will be ok and it always was (:Dr Tse is a credit to her profession. I highly recommend her. Keren. After seeing a bunch of mixed reviews, I was initially hesitant at first. However I took a chance as other OBGYNs in the area also have similar or worse ratings. I’m glad I saw Dr. Tse. She was very friendly, very caring, extremely professional and took the time to assure that I was comfortable during the whole visit, breaking down all the information I needed. I couldn’t understand the other negative reviews as my experience was excellent overall. I highly recommend this doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr Tse for 20 years and after I moved to Long Island, I still make the hour commute for my exams with her. Her care and knowledge is top rated and by far world class fantastic. I can not recommend anyone else but the doctor at this office.
After I saw another OBGYN who didn’t seem that good, I saw Dr. Tse for a second opinion. All her staff and all the doctors at this practice were amazing. They explained things better than the first doctor and made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease. Thank you!
Amazing doctors who provide amazing care for their patients. This doctor is a no nonsense doctor who will tell you what’s the most important and beneficial for your health. Always will recommend
Dr. Tse, was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. During transvaginal ultrasound she walked out of the room twice for a phone call. What bothered me the most about it, was the total lack of doctor/patient respect and courtesy. The doctor left the transducer inside me while she stepped out of the room. I felt completely exposed and humiliated. This is not an experience that I ever want to experience again.
Don't ever go to her!!! She's a horrible person and does not meet any requirement of a doctor.
