Don’t try and price match with them. They will call the competitor and make them aware their price is too low. Will do everything they can to get your order canceled. Very unethical organization.
This place is horrible, I ordered a portable lift,off of them, and the deliver service they used was terrible, they had no lift gate and no way of getting it off there delivery truck, and also we had to pay for a tow truck to get it off, which we were not told, also we had , to pay somebody to install it as well, which we also not told, this eautotools is total disorganized and not good business, and still I was making payments on this piece of equipment, that I was not using for over two months eautotools is a bad business
I ordered this on a Monday from eAutoTools.com and was told that they had one in the Pheonix warehouse. It arrived on Friday! Super fast shipping and price matched the deal I found from a distributor that didn't have any in stock. I installed over the weekend and am very pleased with the quality of the lift. It took my brother and I about 5 hours to set it all up. The instructions from Atlas are awful, but I knew that going in from reading reviews, so I had printed out the instructions from the 12000 lift similar to the 9000... read more
Very bad customer service. Be careful when purchasing. They will sell you items even if they don't have it. I purchased weights on this site. Nothing during the purchasing said the the weights were not in stock. After about a month of back and fourth with customer with their customer service rep, I finally request my money back.
