I leased from Pam for three years, and she was kind and easy to work with!
I was a tenant of Pam's for all three years I lived off-campus at UWEC. She is always quick to respond when needed and reliable when it comes to setting up maintenance. She's showed respect to me and made it easy to work with her over the years.
I was lucky enough to rent through Pamela and EC student rentals for 3 years during college. The property was very fairly priced, kept up to date when issues arose, and allowed my roommates and I focus on the important things while in school. The location was perfect as we were just a few blocks off of water street, right on the Chippewa River. I would (and have) recommend everyone to rent through Pam, as it creates an enjoyable, stress free experience for everyone involved!
