Good service We had a good experience with buying a home through this company. They were helpful with the paperwork and legwork, although we had to do some of our own digging for places to look at as the realtor only wanted to look at certain houses in certain neighborhoods. The house we bought she actually didn't want to show us until after we got here.

I think it is very unethical for a property management to raise your rent over 15.5 %, just because they can get that price from other people who moved in one of there duplex's on the same street. We have been good tenants and have always paid on time. We have put up with water issues since we've been here, including not having any water, yellow water, and sandy water.
