Complaint Type: Customer Service Issues Problem: I went into Eau Claire Lawn Service and requested a part that I said went on bar of lawn mower that my neighbor had bought there. I did not know name of part. The person at counter immediately said he did not buy here it would be illegal to sell. No question asked of me he just kept saying it was not bought there and illegal. When Jo Ann first came in she was describing something to attach to the handle of the mower to keep the engine running. We have two employees one that over heard the discussion that I have known my whole life and the employee she talked to that has been with us for over 8 years and has never had a complaint of being rude or not helpful and both believed she was asking for something to over ride the safety system. I have purchased all my equipment from Eau Claire Lawn Equipment. I take part in the Out of Season Tune Up Special they offer every year. I tell everyone I know to go to them, they have never done me wrong or the people I have sent too them.
