Nobody answered the phone!!!!!
I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DR BELK WAS WONDERFUL
Had an appointment booked 6 months in advance. I got a call stating that my appointment was canceled due to staff shortage. No one ever called me back. No one ever answers the phone! Still do this day, i haven’t had an appointment booked. Still to this day they don’t answer phone calls. It’s always going straight to voicemail. A lot of referrals for this place and i don’t see why.
Poor People, Stay Away!!!, You are Not Wanted here!!! (This is the impression that I was given.) I was told that I would have to make Payment In Full before being seen. I pointed out that Cooperative Help's own website states that: "...no one is deied care regardless of the ability to pay.". I was then told that this only applies to the Doctors' Offices, not to the Dental Office. The lady then hung up on me.... I called back...
