The person in charge promotes being out in the neighborhood but doesn’t want people in their own cars celebrating others by driving by their home.
The Health Department shut down vehicular parades that followed social distancing guidelines during the Covid-19 crisis under the guise that they somehow spread the virus. A fine example of government bureaucracy overreach. Apparently they want everyone to be as miserable as them and hate freedom. What a bunch of bossy Karens trying to run every facet of people’s lives.

the people in charge have no common sense. it is fine to be at a stoplight, but you can't DRIVE past someone's house?? just no common sense, but lots of Brownshirt mentality.
So somebody at some parade somewhere got out of the car and hugged somebody. Here the thing... people can be idiots all they want, and do things you disagree with all day long. And they do! Every day! But my granddaddy didn’t land on Normandy Beach on D-day so that the government could interfere with my life, and tell me when to open my business or how to celebrate my kids birthday.
