We had a great experience with Eau Claire CDJP! Eliese was amazing to work with! When my husband had a concern about the truck we were looking at she got a manager involved right away and they took it over to service to get it checked out immediately. They were able to give us a great trade in value on our SUV and the numbers on the truck came in even lower than where we hoped to be! Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say, and will definitely be back if we're ever in the market for another vehicle!

Dont buy a vehicle here if you want a shop that backs their work. Bought a truck here last September, a 2012 Ram with a 5.7 Hemi. It was a great price for the time and what my husband and I were looking for, no problem with the sales team. They were great. When buying, it had a typical hemi tick which was fine. STAY FAR AWAY from the service department here. 1 Star is not low enough for the Service Manager at this dealership (Nate in service is awesome!!!). Lied about what was going on with my vehicle and lied about contact Ram warranty to get the issue resolved. Took my truck to another dealer where all issue got resolved in an afternoon.
