Don't buy or get service here. I bought a jeep here in 2009 and have had it serviced here about 30-40 times. The brand is seriously low quality and the service here is even lower quality. I am currently on my 7th transmission among 30 plus other serious issues. I am on my third wiring harness, third radio, front frame, alternator, complete exhaust system, cooling system three times, radio twice, air vents twice, honestly it is easier to list what hasn't broken. I contacted them about a car and got a follow up call within two hours to set up a test drive. When I arrived, Steve Connell greated me. I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with Steve. He took the time to show me the features of the car and was very personable and easy to work with. He is hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. The entire process was very easy and I am happy I chose Eau Claire Automotive to buy a car from!
Yesterday my dad and I stopped in eau Claire to grab gas on the way to Minnesota to drop off a camper. My truck broke down but luck would have it that the service manager Tammy drove past to see our drive belt hanging and engine coolant spewing from the bottom of the truck. She quickly made some phone calls to rearrange their schedule to get us fixed and on the road again. I highly recommend this place to anyone in a tight spot needing a ride. I was stuck with a car I owed 2600 on yet when it's transmission went out. Steve Connel my salesman helped me get into a new ride that was even out of my price range. Even with the bad transmission I still got 1500 for trading in.. EC auto got me a discount in order to get me approved. They are very willing to work with people. Highly recommended!
