Sent my bill to collections even though I payed it and without even attempting to contact me. Just sent them a copy of the canceled check endorsed by them. We'll see if it gets corrected. Update: I never heard a peep from them at all. No confirmation. No apology. No nothing. No stars for you.

I did have troubles like other reviews with the company trying to send my bilss to collections which was very frustrating, but I finally called and found out that I just need to note that I will be doing a payment plan with them and it stops the harassing mail immediately. I always assumed that doing a payment plan made me pay more, but they don't charge for setting up a payment plan - the amount was my choice to. The downside is that those are not automatic. Paid $50.74 bill two years ago have cancelled check - still listed as outstanding with lien and has damaged my credit score. Lied several times in telephone conversation.
