Went here with my grandson to restore his registration,and we were called in to window 16B within 15 minutes. The Woman,whose name is Laura was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Laura was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I cant say enough positives about her and our experience at this facility. Thank you

The staff here was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though I had my Naturalization Certificate, Social Security Card, old driver’s license, lease, and utility bill, I was told I didn’t have the right documents for a Real ID. The employee fixated on a “receipt” for my naturalization that doesn’t exist and refused to help until I asked for a supervisor. This was an unnecessary power trip and a poor display of public service. Taxpayers deserve better treatment from government workers.
