One of the best mvc in newjersey Employees are very polite and nice Great service some times it takes little longer but compared other mvc like newark or bayone this particular one gave me better experience

Warning to anyone visiting this DMV: there’s a female supervisor who acts as if she’s superior to everyone else and treats people unfairly. Her behavior toward people comes across as discriminatory and disrespectful, creating a toxic and uncomfortable environment. No one should have to face prejudice or arrogance from a public employee. Management must take immediate action, racism and discrimination have no place in public service.
Awful awful place. Came in with my dad today to translate and get his license renewed. The old lady in the first Q (training someone) was so rude and had a very nasty attitude also very unprofessional with her responses, she told my father “we’ll talk” in an extremely rude manner. She was also so quick to turn my father away because of a missing document but my father found a replacement for that document. My REAL ID application was denied because my proof of address (bank account and credit card statement) came from the same entity (which I am employed at). Apparently this is an internal policy, so it makes absolutely no sense why they don’t put it anywhere on their website. I asked two of the workers why they don’t make this more clear, and they pointed me towards their supervisor who was in the front wearing a white blazer (I did not get her name).
