I decided to try Proshine for the first time after seeing the photos and was pretty excited. While the exterior of my car looked okay at first glance, the details were disappointing. My front bumper still had dirt left on it, and the roof still had bird droppings that weren’t cleaned off fully. For a professional car wash, I expected more attention to detail. Unfortunately, I was let down on my first visit. Furthermore the $60 isn’t a big deal but I’ve definitely had better with less out of my pocket

Was greeted by a rude guy that told me the cheapest service that included interior vacuuming was $45, when you pull in the back there’s no way to back out so they basically trap you into getting some sort of service done, I paid and waited over 40 minutes to get this done, there was only 1 car ahead of me. They left the car dripping wet on the inside surfaces and the exterior was done as expected, will never go back to this place ever again

I have been going to this facility for years now and I am always happy to return. The quality of work is the best you can get and the owners along with the staff are purely hardworking yet polite all the time . When you pay for quality it shows . I highly recommend to anyone this business. Thank you for such great work guys.

Paid 60 dollars for the elite package. Not satisfied at all because: -My rims were still dirty -side fender still dirty -front bumber doesn’t look clean -they peeled my wrap on the frunk -water residue was still left everywhere -front bumper dirt was still left when it was washed -door jams barely looked clean or wiped (part of elite plan) -tires were not washed properly. -back bumper and mud flaps still dirty What did they really wash and clean for the elite package ?
