I did R&B yoga with Sydnea and had such a wonderful time! The space itself felt like an oasis and was very comforting. I also appreciated that mats, blocks and towels were provided. In terms of the yoga itself, the vibe was chill and relaxing and just what I needed after a long day. Not to mention, Sydnea’s playlist was a vibe in and of itself. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
I frequent Eaton Wellness at least 3-4 times a week, and I can confidently say this place is such a vibe! The sense of community they create is truly special, making it feel like a home away from home. The team is incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and the facility is impeccably clean. Eaton wellness feels like home. It is my personal wellness retreat and I deeply enjoy visiting and would/do recommend everyone who visits DC to come to Eaton Wellness. Not only for the sauna (which is top tier) but for the plethora of wellness events that they host weekly.
I’ve been to Eaton Wellness a few times for a massage with Dani. She is exceptional! Dani caters our time to what I need that day and puts a lot of care and intention into each session. I leave feeling better physically, emotionally, and energetically. 10/10 recommend working with her!
