I've been here almost a year and this is the happiest and most comfortable I've been in my adult life. Office folk know their stuff, maintenance is on top of it and it's so clean. I can't think of one good reason to leave. Close to everything I need. I love Eaton street apt

SCAM ALERT! This place will steal your money!!!!!! Do not apply here I promise you, you will lose 300 dollars holding fee! They told me its refundable, it is not! I've been dealing with compliance for two months and they kept rejecting my application. Each time they reject it its another 72 hours to hear back. Hi! Lived here since late 2022. A peaceful neighborhood. I’m disabled and in a wheelchair so it is a quiet and safe area. Nearby food and movie theater is nice. I have had some minor issues like my water heater shutting off the hot water. This problem has existed since I’ve moved in here. The excuse is the wind yet I’ve been the only person to experience it. I know the neighbors don’t have that issue. Usually, it takes maintenance a few days to open the water heater door, check the burner if it is on, turn the burner back on... read more
Updated review. Because the new woman hired, Diamond, is very nice and helpful. Maintenance was pretty helpful. People are disgusting here. There’s dog feces and pee all over the carpet in the halls . Most people own pit bulls (which is fine) but some don’t put them on a leashes, which can be dangerous to my small dogs and young children. People steal packages. Loud, bass music played regularly
