Im going on my second year here, and I am happy as when I moved in. Probably more. I love the crew that takes care of this wonderful place. It's always so clean and quiet. The children that live here are very well behaved and that's appreciated. Im really enjoying life, and Eaton street apartments has a huge part in why that's my reality. Im never leaving!!

Due to so many denials I told the very rude and threatening leasing lady named Millan that ... read more

However, the best part is when I went to get my new Keys Javier who had done the work and had the keys wasn't about to hand my keys over to me until he knew for sure I was who I said I was and that NO ONE else got a hold of my keys. Javier made my day, and for the first time in o... read more

Javier is a great part of the team! He always updates me on completion of work orders or answers any questions I have. He gets the job done correctly within the first attempt and completes the work in a timely manner. We definitely appreciate the new management team.
