Bad phone service the responder hang up twice saying they cannot wait it wasn't even for second who ever on the phone doesn't like his job he act really personal. Didn't even witch day or time he just hang up
We're currently using them as a provider for ice machine services. By far the worst in terms of getting in contact with, follow up and getting service done. This last interaction with Eaton has been crazy as I've attempted to call at least 10 times through the past month and a half. Don't even attempt to call as they have not picked up the phone but they have them forwarded to a call center who only action from there is to put a note. Do Not Use this company for any repair work they do not know what they're doing and will claim non payment of services, while performing warranty work. Robert Lyskawa, an employee at Eaton, arrived to diagnose the problem with the ice machine, but instead of doing his due diligence and checking the machine, claimed that the Pepsi soda fountain machine that was sitting underneath the ice machine was causing the malfunction. Real down to earth service company. They are extremely helpful, fair with their prices, and quick with their repairs. Had an issue with an ice maker leak, took it to their store and they fixed it the next day. Please give them a call if you ever need help.
