We have had a great experience with Storage Star. Location is wonderful and easy to get to. Manager was very easy to work with. Move in special was a great help to getting in. The location is clean, secure, and easy to move around in. For a storage facility, I can't speak highly enough to the high level of quality we have experienced!
The manager Lacy was super helpful and kind. The storage units and property was very safe secure and clean. 10/10 would recommend
The full time girl in the office is great. She is so understanding and flexible. Always available and ampleasurento work with.
In the more than twenty years I've rented storage units, this company is BY FAR the absolute worst. I've been renting here for about 6 years, since it was Eaton Road Storage, before it became a Storage Star. In 12 months time, I have not been notified of a single change before it's been made and I have confirmed both my mailing address and my email with management multiple times.
