I've lived at Eaton Ridge for 9 years and can't say enough positives.. ..it is clean, safe. It's well managed. The office manager, Debra, is wonderful to work with. She is timely when it comes to any issues that may occur. The past manager was not reliable and quite dismissive. My only request would be to repave the potholes and replace some greenery that has not survived the winter.
