Stephen was easy to work with and really responsive to email. The whole process of listing on MLS only took a few minutes and within a couple of days I started receiving calls of interest. House ended up selling within 1 week after sitting for months on FSBO websites. Thank you Stephen for your assistance.
If you want a Realtor who will go the EXTRA mileS for you, the Eatons will make it happen. We were in a bind time-wise and they pulled all the stops to help us get the house sold so that we can move forward with relocation to help our elderly parents.
