I recently toured the apartments at the Eaton Hotel in Wichita, KS, and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received! Tia was very helpful from the application process to the move in..She made sure everything went easy and smooth. Very friendly and professional. Complex is clean and well kept.
If you're considering living here, I’d recommend looking elsewhere—especially for the price being charged for unrenovated units. The value simply doesn’t match what nearby complexes offer in terms of amenities and upkeep. There’s been high staff turnover, and while new hires often seem enthusiastic and full of ideas, those good intentions quickly run into the same roadblocks. Zacharia fixed my kitchen sink yesterday quickly and efficiently!! He is very pleasant to talk with, nice guy! Team Cody has done a GREAT job sprucing up the placethanks guys! Want to put a shout out to Tia in the Eaton office .. she is working hard for the residents and future ones .. really appreciate her help with everything .. so efficient and friendly! Gary expedited my kitchen sink repair and did so with a smile .. thanks guys!!
Whole north side of the building is leaking through the windows on every floor. Managers won’t reimburse tenants for rent even though they have soggy, wet floors (carpet). Miserable nights when it rains hard. Here is a photo of just one of the 4 windows leaking through. AC units aren’t strong enough to cool down the apartment with any temperature in the 85s and above.
