Whole north side of the building is leaking through the windows on every floor. Managers won’t reimburse tenants for rent even though they have soggy, wet floors (carpet). Miserable nights when it rains hard. Here is a photo of just one of the 4 windows leaking through. AC units aren’t strong enough to cool down the apartment with any temperature in the 85s and above. Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Management changed constantly and communication was terrible. Took two months to get blinds put up that we’re already supposed to be there. Plus, everything else I needed fixing along the way was incredibly slow or never got fixed. Would not recommend.
FINAL UPDATE 4/10/26. THEY ARE TERMINATING THE LEASE, DOUBLE CHARGING US EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY NO FEES, AND ONCE AGAIN REFUSING TO GET ANYTHING REPAIRED. I ASKED ABOUT MOLD, AND WHERE THEY TESTED FOR IT, THEY ARE KICKING US OUT BECAUSE OF IT. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO ASKED AND HE IS ON A 14/30 FOR LEASE TERMINATION. THEY ARE REFUSING TO SHOW RESULTS OF IT.
