Eaton Inspections - they were very professional, thorough, and timely with their reports and feedback. I will definately use them again. Provided a detailed report that we used to quantify existing issues, and ultimately to avoid buying someone else's problems. I sincerely appreciate the help they provided.

Alex L******** of Eaton Inspections was recommended by my brother. He found defects amounting to $50,000 in needed repairs in a house they were considering purchasing. They were able to cancel the purchase agreement based on his report. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would give his work on the house I was interested in 5 stars all the way. We had Eaton Inspectors inspect the septic system on a home we want to purchase. **** came out and checked the entire system and did a wonderful job. Very professional and new what he was talking about. He even went as far as going into the ***** to find out where the tank drained. Before buying a home with a septic tank, even if it's passed local government inspection, make sure you have **** take a look at it. He was incredibly informative, and went far beyond just letting you know if the system is functioning or not. He clearly explained multiple areas of concern and saved me from purchasing a home with an imminent $30,000 replacement in the near future.
