Had to cancel a scheduled bid due to a family emergency and couldn’t do it in less than 15 mins they guy kept pushing me for a new date but I had a family emergency and was leaving town, I didn’t know when I would be back. I had to promise over 1/2 a dozen times I would call back and reschedule when I got back into town. Then when I did I was transferred to “Magic Sink Bros,” and Eaton Family Plumbers never responded to me. Very disrespectful of my time and effort.

This business has like 20 different physical addresses if you Google them. The probably so it so you can’t sue them for their subpar services. If you call the number and lose your signal, they will block your number and you won’t be able to call back or you will be transferred to, “Magic sink bros,” which apparently is another one of their fake businesses. They also won’t let you cancel a bid appointment in less than 25 mins. The whole situation is unprofessional and ridiculous.
