Leonard is an excellent person to work with. He quickly identified issues with my water heater and main water pipeline. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed, so I had him install a new water heater and repair the main water pipeline. He also took the time to teach me how to drain the sediments from the water heater each year. With the right maintenance tips from Leonard, I'm hopeful that my water heater will last much longer. We have been using Eaton Family Plumbers for many years. Zachary is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He installed two water heaters at our home and has also helped us with various tasks like fixing leaks and dripping faucets. He always asks thorough questions to understand the problem and quickly identifies the issue. We would definitely recommend him over larger companies due to his keen attention to detail and high skill level as a master plumber.

I can’t express enough good things about Eaton Family Plumbers! Our hot water heater broke over the weekend, and when I called on Sunday, the person who answered was super kind, helpful, and easy to chat with. I thought I wouldn’t hear back since it was the weekend, but they called me back within an hour and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning. I reached out because we just bought a home and realized the plumbing system hadn’t been checked in a while. I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to come out the very next day. The plumber was very skilled and not only fixed the plumbing but also took the time to explain the entire system to me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Leonard. I had an issue with my water heater, and I reached out to him early in the morning.
