I’ve been going to Eaton family Dental for about 5 years and they are the best! So friendly and professional.
Didn’t mind them at first. But the last filling I had the girl drilled too much according to the assistant and told me the filling won’t hold. That was a year ago and I’m still in pain. Also, I missed an appointment due to child care and they made me sign a paper saying I’ll give a 48 hour notice on cancellations. That’s fine , but the very next appointment they cancel 10 minutes prior. Guess that’s a one way street. Bunch of hypocrites
There are two kinds of dental patients. Those that are Dr. Baily’s patients and those that simply aren’t lucky enough to be. This office of professionals are the kindest, most caring, most competent group of individuals I’ve ever seen gathered in one place. From Jessica at the front desk to Kim or any of their hygienists, they make going to the dentist a bright spot and not something most of us have come to dread. They are honest, efficient, and realistic and I am grateful for them.
