There are two kinds of dental patients. Those that are Dr. Baily’s patients and those that simply aren’t lucky enough to be. This office of professionals are the kindest, most caring, most competent group of individuals I’ve ever seen gathered in one place. From Jessica at the front desk to Kim or any of their hygienists, they make going to the dentist a bright spot and not something most of us have come to dread. They are honest, efficient, and realistic and I am grateful for them.

If I could give no stars, I would. Extremely unprofessional place. I would not have had to go through as much pain and antibiotics for the last 3 months if the dentists here did their job and listened to their patient. I am now sitting with an abscess in my mouth that should have been addressed much sooner and they are at the fault of this. Eaton Family Dental is literally the best dental practice that I have EVER gone to! Dr. Janczak is SUPER...she genuinely cares about her patients. She explains what she will be doing as the process unfolds & makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure. All the staff is friendly & helpful but I want to give a special shout-out to Jessica as she goes above & beyond to make sure everything is to your satisfaction from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you walk out!

I had to have a tooth extraction and it was an amazing experience. Such a caring staff and the dentist is simply amazing. She was telling me everything that was going to happen and when so I was prepared.

These people are great! My teeth look awesome and they were really kind even when I went in there like a spaz. 5 isn't enough stars to give them!!
