Took forever for load to be ready. Checked in this am (9:00) and they said 5 pm because they were still working on load. At 5:45 pm they started to load truck and when they brought out paperwork they informed me that the load couldn’t be completed because a machine went down at 3 pm!!! What??? So I sat there and you knew I was there and I still had to wait for a partial load?!??
