Due to Covid, the director would only allow my mom in to see with my dad. She threatened my mom saying she was doing her a favor allowing her in after seeing my mom get out of a car with her two 80+ year old sisters without a mask, telling her she would not allow her in if she saw it again. I have pics of nurses inside without mask less than 6' apart. Spent night on deck watching thru window as my dad was in final hours - she would not allow my brother and I in for even 30 seconds to say goodbye and hug him. Give staff 5 ... read more
Rudest staff I have ever seen. Zero compassion. Complaint has been filed with the attorney general. If you have a family member that needs Hospice care take them to Lansing. The staff there is amazing and actually care
Recommendedthey took great care of my dad and gave him his dignity back I love this place for what they did for him.
The staff here made my dad's stay the best it could be for him. I called often to check on him and I was always answered by compassionate caregivers. I was there everyday and always treated so kindly. My dad was given the best care. I thank you all ❤

I love this place. I shop and donate often. Two of my most loved grandpas spent their final Days here. I cherish this place. I love coming here. You guys always have great stuff and great prices!
Excellent care facility. My Dad had a stroke around Christmas of 2015 & this is where he spent his last days. The houses are very nice & the care staff is just so caring. Check out their thrift shops, even a little cute Christmas Cottage.
