If I could give a zero i would. Bought a whole new a/c system in 2022!! Nothing but issues! Replaced the motor in 2023, Replaced the curcuit board in 2023. Said we had a leak and had to pay for freon in 2025 now needs a new coil. And not all covered under warranty!? Worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT SAID WE HAVE A charge OF $100 to service THEIR WARRANTY!!!?? INCOMPETENCE AT ITS FINEST!! RUDE!!!! NEVER USE THEM! LOVE THAT THEY CHARGE A FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD, Like they don't overcharge you enough!!!
Called on a Sunday evening, air wasn't working. Asked if they could come out sometime on Monday since this was not an urgent matter due to our 75* weather. Spoke to Rick, and he stated he would send someone in the morning as the first service of the day for his technician Warren. Warren came out early, fixed the problem, and AC was up and running in 20 minutes. Purring like a cat. Fast and efficient company. Eaton Air is my new AC company from now on. Today the Eaton AC truck was parked in one of only two handicap spaces available in the shopping center. All I saw them get off the truck was some filters. There were many other non-handicap spaces nearby but us who need the ramp and space were blocked off by the truck. Photo attached. I cannot recommend a company that is that disrespectful of others.
