I get support for BED and I love it here. Going on two years strong with my therapist and wouldn't dream of seeing someone else. I haven't experienced any of the bureaucratic nonsense others have reviewed about but the quality of care truly is exceptional.
I scheduled my first appointment on 07/31 and they called me to reschedule, not that big of a deal. When I called to book the original appointment she mentioned a one-time $25 holding fee. However, when they called to re-schedule she said that if I had the fee I could call and pay over the phone anytime before my appointment. I didn’t call because I didn’t realize it was MANDATORY to pay this fee before the day of my appointment, I was going to pay this fee when I arrived like any other doctor’s appointment. I just happened to see the sign outside stating there was a psychologist in this office. I spoke with the receptionist in regards to a psychological evaluation I needed for my son. She was nice, took some information and stated she would speak to the doctor and get back to me that day after 2pm. She didn't call be back so I called the next day. She stated that because he wasn't a patient, they needed to solve problem with performing the evaluation as a one time event. She stated, she would call me back after they found a sol... read more
