Tanya is so lovely and everything inside is absolutely delicious! We came right back a few days later because we couldn't get enough of the biltong & drywors (especially the peri peri drywors) . Highly recommend for yourself and for gifts!!!
I read about biltong a few months ago and have been eager to try it for a while. ESM came highly recommend to me by a neighbour so my fiance and I stopped by today to grab some biltong. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the owner, who took the time to walk us through the different types of meats available and how biltong is made (as someone who loves culture, I enjoyed all of this).
