Joe is the consummate professional - as someone I've known for many years, he's always been a fantastic role model to me and someone I respect immensely. Joe's an elite practitioner, with expertise across a wide range of therapies who's combined experience, skill and professionalism has been integral to my personal ambitions as a competitive road cyclist. Highly recommend to all.
With the help and guidance of Vicky and Joe my life has changed for the better. I now wake up feeling full of energy, I have reduced my BMI substantially and actually now enjoy exercise. As a type 1 diabetic I have greatly improved Hba1c levels and couldn’t recommend the low carb challenge more strongly. Thank you both.
