I purchased the carb wise chicken casserole. It was more like a a soup with curdled cheese and rubbery chicken. absolutely terrible. I am so disappointed I spent $9 on some inedible 😔
If you are on a keto diet read the labels first. The keto chicken tikka masala and the keto meatloaf cauliflower mash both are NOT keto friendly. Took me out of ketosis after eating them both in one day. Ingredients like tapioca starch and rolled oats are NOT Keto friendly

bought Elliott's Bay shepherd's pie all mashed potatoes one piece of meat I'll take carrots and that's it very disappointed won't buy that one again.
I bought the Red Curry Chicken frozen food from a store in Olympia. It had a weird grainy texture that was off-putting. it was also bland and didnt really take like anything. Won't be buying anything more. expensive and bland
