My brother in law brought some pork tamales over and I thought not much of them, until I took a bite. They were a little small but the flavor, texture and moisture was incredible. Not dry at all, not overcooked and tough in spots like some I've had in the past, and not bland or salty, just right. Kudos to the grandmas that probably showed these guys how to do it right lol
Whenever I make it to the Pasco Farmers Market I'd always pick up a plate or dozen of tamales!! It's so great to see a local business thrive! Great tamales and great service!!
