I came to bring my dog they refused to see her because it was four an they said there doctor was leaving even with it being an emergency no help whatsoever.

Very disappointing experience at this veterinary clinic. My biggest concern is the lack of transparency when it comes to billing. I was charged for additional services that, based on my experience, were not performed on my pet, and I was never informed beforehand that I would be charged for them.
