I was recommended to Easy Living by my father-in-law’s physician. We have been with them for almost 6 months and it has been wonderful. The caregivers are professional, proactive, and always on time. The office staff is wonderful to work with as well. Due to my work schedule, I have to make a lot of changes and they are always very warm and considerate when I call. Easy Living was wonderful to work with and very responsive. My mom was getting discharged from the hospital and needed help that evening, temporarily until family stepped in. Easy Living came out to do the assessment right away and was able to start services that evening. I highly recommend in the New Port Richey area.
Terrible experience with this company. My mother in law lives with us and has advanced Alzheimer’s. Caregivers are unreliable. We had numerous days without coverage because of cancellations and people calling in sick. The most recent caregiver we had was useless. She came in reeking of marijuana.
