PRIMA FACIE!
The sale process was great, and everything went downhill from there. They don't respond to maintenance request or return calls. I was told that the storm door won't be fixed. I am in the process of making a list of things that haven't been completed and pursuing legal action. They deducted 18k for things that didn't pass inspection.
Very Deceptive and Unfair outcome!
Everything was going fine until I got to the inspection process, we inspect Spotify, the company used to do the inspection via third-party, had a racist inspector come out. I actually had someone there before I arrived, and he was acting rude to them. I immediately let Easy Knock know, Supposedly the employee for INSPECTOR was being dealt with.
