I obtained insurance through this broker(Veerpal Brar) in 2024. Before cancelling my policy due to moving to Alberta, I confirmed all details and was never informed of any mid-term cancellation fees. Over a year later, I was surprised to learn that I supposedly owed money and that the amount had been sent to collections, which can affect my credit history.
