I obtained insurance through this broker(Veerpal Brar) in 2024. Before cancelling my policy due to moving to Alberta, I confirmed all details and was never informed of any mid-term cancellation fees. Over a year later, I was surprised to learn that I supposedly owed money and that the amount had been sent to collections, which can affect my credit history. Really really bad service am calling from last 3 week no responds nothing I really recommend everyone please my request don’t use easy insaurance they are not easy bad service

Don’t go with this insurance group they have been pressuring me to make changes on my policy for no reason even after I explained to them my reasonings they still will not comply they don’t treat there customers with respect Also they keep raising my premium
