I have been doing business with Easyinsure for many years now and have been very happy with their prompt service and their efforts to get me the best quotes while ensuring proper coverage.
We were a customer of easyinsure for almost 5 years. However , We decided to leave because of highly unprofessional treatment of our new agent Nadia Manukulasurya. Outright rude and addressing ppl who are not even in email. Looks like she almost went out of line to ensure we did not renew our policy. Looks like agent was under impression that its like giving soup to poor ppl in a soup kitchen. Though, in reality its a highly competitive business.
