one single word - WORST! Never suggesting them to anyone!
I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with the customer service here. Responses have been slow, issues have often gone unresolved, and there’s been a general lack of professionalism in handling concerns. Despite raising multiple complaints, little effort was made to improve the situation. As my policy matures, I’ve decided not to renew and will be moving on to a provider that values its customers and delivers the support promised.

Fraud!!!! BIGGEST SCAMMERS in the name of insurance company. Google must allow to put negative or zero stars. So, i have been insured through them since Feb 2024 and i have put in hundreds of emails to put my insurance on hold because i will be out of country. They never pick the calls and turns out the agent who did my insurance has quit and no one is hold accountable to see what is his incoming emails of customers.
