Very disappointing experience. The female sales associate was sitting behind the desk playing on her phone, did not greet us at all, and made us feel unwelcome, as if our presence was a problem. I strongly suggest the business owner hire professional, polite, and customer-focused staff instead of someone who appears lazy, rude, and uninterested in doing their job. Customer service like this seriously damages the business.
I have to say the easyhome store in Newmarket is a great store they are very understanding and helpful
Total RIP OFF. Product was 1900.00. After biweekly payments of 110.00 for 11 months, I still had to pay the 1900 on top of what was paid to close my account.

😁After being an Easyhome customer for over a decade, I have to say, I've never been happier to call a team and make a payment. Let me tell ya...lol Ronnie and every beautiful woman on that team (and the awesome delivery guys) have treated me with nothing but respect. When I needed understanding, they worked with me.
