DO NOT TAKE A LOAN FROM EASY FINANCIAL IF POSSIBLE. WHEN YOU ARE LATE WITH A PAYMENT, THEY HOUND & HARRASSED YOU LIKE AS THOUGH YOU'VE JUST KILLED SOMEONE. THEY WILL CALL YOUR HOME, WORK EVERY HOUR. THEY OPERATE LIKE LOAN-SHARK, WITH NO REGARDS FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND DISCRETION.
When they want you to open a loan account with them, they are very nice and courteous. But once you're on it, their attitude changes. They will never respond to your inquiries, or will take ages to respond. However, when they want a reply from you, they will email and call relentlessly every number they can find related to you. No respect, no professionalism and no discretion whatsoever. They operate like mafia!!
I asked for a better interest rate due to hard times and I gave them what they needed. Said it would take 5 days to see if they can help. Do you think I ever heard back? Even with a follow up a week later I haven't heard anything. Service is obviously very much to be desired. Good at first but once they have locked you in and are getting paid a ton of money with the high interest rates they charge, you are just left high and dry.
