Went in to try and pay off a loan. Their debit machine isn't working and when I asked when it's expected to be fixed they said "We don't know it's been broken for a really long time." I was also told that they don't accept credit cards. Since I just called another branch and was able to pay in full with a MasterCard that was clearly a lie. Everyone knows companies like this only survive by taking advantage of desperate people. Absolutely pathetic.
