I have such mixed feelings about this office. I am grateful that they were able to approve me when I needed it, but I wouldn't recommend them if you're able to be approved anywhere else. I find the staff incredibly condescending. I'm actually shocked by these positive reviews. I had a late payment due to an issue setting up PAD for a new bank account. They called repeatedly from different numbers, all day. I was terrified to pick up the phone. They actually went as far as to call and leave a detailed message about my account... read more
Thieves. It took them almost an entire year after my loan was completely paid off to finally give me a number to cancel an automatic $20 monthly payment for "credit optimizer" an entire year. Which I never signed up for; it has lost me more than $300 in the past year as I was on a wild goose chase looking for a number, to finally be saved by an answer from Reddit. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER! If you would like proof, ill be happy to share it to anyone.
