Flat out misrepresentation. I was told that 100% of my extra payments went on the principle of the loan only to make an experiment to find out that oh no, you're charged interest on that money too that they charge you interest on the extra payment you're making on the loan when I was told and is written in the loan agreement that 100% of the extra payments go on the principal of the loan.
